Tell me something I don’t know – labour & skill shortage the worst since Dec 1994

The Printing Industry Trends report for the Sept 07 quarter reported that labour & skills availability in the industry was the worst since the December 1994 quarter. The expectation for the next quarter is for the situation to continue to be poor.

The October edition of Print 21 Magazine also has a significant focus on providing practical advice on staffing including:

  • How to keep the staff you’ve already got
  • How to upskill existing staff
  • Some different angles on finding new people

Find your copy at the bottom of your in-tray or from whoever else in your office is reading it and take advantage of the articles that can assist towards improving your staffing situation. Don't get it? Click here to subscribe.
