the past several weeks we have been keeping you informed about Rapid
Benchmarking - our definitive benchmarking service, tailor
made for our members. Our database is growing steadily and
with it the depth of comparisons possible. We would like to
suggest this to you:

details you need to participate;

Do nothing more until after your Christmas rush is
over;

You will then be set up to enter
your data after Christmas when it is more convenient
and you may be planning for 2006.
Remember
that if you need help with data entry, there are two options to
choose. All you need to do is ask us.

will email you personalised access details for your company, simple
instructions for opening up your data entry form on the web, and a
support contact in case of any access difficulties. An invoice
will follow in due course.
