Industry Code of Ethics


Printing Industries has developed a voluntary Code of Ethics that can help company management as well as provide a competitive business advantage.



A voluntary Code of Ethics which gives members an important management and marketing tool has is available to Printing Industries members.

The Code sends a message to customers and the community that the member company will deal with them in a fair and professional manner. 

It also makes a statement that your business will meet its obligations to the community and to the industry.

The Code can be displayed only by Printing Industries member companies.We recommend you familiarize your staff with the terms of the Code and integrate them into your staff induction and customer management strategies.

 

The Code highlights integrity, honesty, superior customer service, confidentiality, governance, the environment and fair trading.

 

Businesses that maintain these standards will be able to tell their customers and highlight their importance to staff. This Code gives them the means to do both, and to make a difference to their business.

 

The Code of Ethics is available as a PDF document or text document for company customisation. The Printing Industries logo can be downloaded in either EPS or PCX formats for use in customised versions of the Code.

 

We suggest that you induct your staff with the Code and display it prominently in both customer and staff areas.

 

The code was developed in consultation with the industry and is also available in pre-printed or framed variations from Printing Industries offices
