Junior Printing Executives (JPE) NSW

JPE logoThe Junior Printing Executives' Association of New South Wales [JPE of NSW] was founded in 1936 as an educational and training forum for managers and future executives within the Printing and Graphic Arts Industry. JPE is closely affiliated with the Printing Industries Association of Australia. JPE seeks to promote the professional self-development of the individual.

 JPE Activities

JPE continually strives to provide a comprehensive programme of professional development activities. Guest speakers of the highest calibre are invited to address these activities.

A variety of topics from industry and technical matters to current affairs and general interests are covered in an entertaining yet educational forum. Plant visits to paper mills, printing establishments and other sites are also incorporated into the year's activities.

Communication with JPE is via the association's regular newsletter "Vision". The publication includes information regarding topics of interest, a diary of coming events, reports of views and opinions on technical matters concerning the Printing and Graphic Arts Industry.

JPE works closely with the Printing Industries Association of Australia in the area of careers, counselling and public relations and is becoming increasingly involved in industry training. JPE members are encouraged to attend career markets which advise students of opportunities available to them within the Printing and Graphic Arts Industry.
