Note: When ordering a Creative Suite 5 upgrade, please specify on your order form, which product version you are upgrading from. i.e either CS4, CS3, or CS2. Upgrades from CS1 are no longer supported by Adobe.

UPGRADE ELIGIBILITY
Upgrades to the Adobe Creative Suite 5 range are available in several versions. The following pricing makes reference to both UPG and UPSL versions. If in doubt, please contact Printing Industries on (02) 8789 7316 to confirm if you have selected the right upgrade version for your business.

Upgrade Type 1 (UPG)
Only applies to those wishing to upgrade from full CS4 versions to full CS5 versions. i.e. from CS4 Design Standard/Premium to CS5 Design Standard/Premium. Software versions earlier than CS4 are not eligible for UPG upgrades. UPG also applies to individual product upgrades i.e. from Adobe Photoshop CS2, CS3 or CS4 to Adobe Photoshop CS5.
Upgrade Type 2 (From Product Suite)
Product UPG or Upsells apply to all 'upgrades' to CS5 from software versions earlier than CS4. i.e. Upsell from Adobe CS3 to CS5. No upgrade path is available for CS1 users. If you are currently using CS1 you will need to purchase a full version of CS5.
UPLL (From Point Product - Individual products to product suite)
These upgrades are different in that these only apply to individual product upgrades i.e. from Adobe Photoshop CS2, CS3 or CS4 Design Standard/Design Premium/Web Premium etc., or from Adobe Illustrator CS2 or CS3 to CS4 Design Standard/Design/Premium/Web Premium etc.

CLAIM YOUR FREE UPGRADE TO ADOBE CS5!
Although Adobe Australia has advised that CS4 products are no longer available, if you have already received an Adobe Creative Suite 4 product during the Adobe Post-CS5-Announcement period (between 12 April 2010 and 11 July 2010) you can claim your free upgrade by contacting the Adobe Customer Service line on 1800 614 863. Simply provide Adobe with your existing CS4 serial number. If your CS4 product was an upgrade from CS3, make sure you have your serial number ready for both the CS4 and CS3 versions.

You will be asked to provide proof of purchase, so be sure to hold onto your tax invoice. Once Adobe has verified your claim, your new Adobe Creative Suite 5 product will be shipped to you. Too easy!

Please be aware that as a result of high demand for Adobe Creative Suite 4, Adobe has advised that stock is no longer available. CS4 orders cannot be accepted.
