Printing Industries Association of Australia will continue to provide services to its Worldwide Online members pending the outcome of discussions with the franchise operations’ administrator.

Printing Industries CEO Philip Andersen, said the association would continue to seek constructive dialogue with the administrator, McGrathNichol, to ensure its Worldwide Online member organisations received the support and services they require.

“We have agreed to keep servicing the individual sites throughout Australia until 1 April 2010 and we hope that by that time to have a clearer picture of the future,” he said.

“Currently we service 65 franchise operators employing hundreds of people around Australia. We believe that it is important that they know their access to our specialist staff advisory and support services and products is intact during this time.

“We hope that by 1 April some definite plans to support the franchisees have been put in place by the administrator,” Mr Andersen said.
